We recently visited one of our projects which is starting on site in Weston-Super-Mare. The project is to convert a former printworks factory building in the centre of town into artisan studios and workshops.
The proposals will see the building benefit from environmental upgrades including new thermal insulation throughout as well as modern heat pump and solar panel technology being installed.
Lewis is supporting the client in the construction phase acting as principal designer for the CDM health and safety regulations whilst also providing architecture support at regular monthly site visits.
