We have been appointed to provide architectural services in the construction phase for the redevelopment of a care home in North Cardiff.
We are working alongside the project managers and wider design team to deliver this multimillion pound care facility for elderly people.
Our remit includes attending regular project review meetings, providing architectural design and drawings as the works progress.
We are also the Principal Designer for CDM health and safety where we continually review the contractors site safety measures and advise on the safety implications of designs that are put forward.
There are 6 months to go on the construction works on this site and we are excited to see how the final results turn out!
