We recently undertook a site visit for the restoration of a Grade II* Listed Building in Monmouth Town Centre.
The work includes detailed restoration of the stone work and detailing on the historic façade.
It also includes sensitive refurbishment of all the original windows, to repair rotten timbers and bring the windows back to life.
Internally we are overhauling the existing flats to create high end studio apartments working with interior designers.
The historic features will be restored and the building bought back to the standard it was when it was built in Victorian times.
We are enjoying working with the specialist heritage contractors on the detail of this project.
We are supporting our client through undertaking the contract administrator role, periodically reviewing works and managing payments and changes.
