Monmouth Grade II* Listed Building
This project is to refurbish a listed building on the high street in Monmouth.
The roofing contractor has recently finished repairing the natural slate roof and lead work.
The Heritage specialist contractor has completed refurbishment of the stone and render on the main facade and has also overhauled the solid wood original victorian windows.
The main contractor is now in the finishing stages of the internal fit out and decoration.
There are some fantastic spaces being bought back to life and we think these will make for fantastic homes in the centre of a thriving community!
