Back in October we had planning granted to convert a Grade II listed building, The Market Place, into 4 flats. This listed building was once part of the historical wall that surrounded Cowbridge.
Demolition is now beginning and works are estimated to be complete by winter this year.
CGI Video walkthroughs are now being published on the estate agent’s website to get these 4 units marketed. We do not believe they will be on sale for long!
