It’s always exciting to see our designs taking shape on site, and we’re pleased to share the latest progress from one of our project in Porthcawl.
Now at the halfway point of the 20-week construction programme, significant progress has been made across both properties. The dormer structures are now being formed, alongside the upgrade of the existing floor joists, marking an important milestone in the upper floor conversion works. At ground floor level, the single-storey rear extensions have also progressed, with the first fix electrical installation now complete.
These latest site photographs really highlight the transformation that’s underway, with the new spaces beginning to take shape both internally and externally.
