An update on this exciting scheme for new build housing where we have been working alongside a private developer.
RA Architects have been lead designers and project managers for this project working alongside a great team of consultants.
We have worked together to develop a robust scheme that has been positively received at all stages of the pre application and PAC process. We are excited to now be in the final stages of pulling together the full planning application for this site to deliver new housing in the area.
The site is not within the settlement boundary (edge of settlement), and there are a number of different site constraints, which meant that there were a number of challenges that we have looked to address through the design. A coordinated approach from the outset, meant that we could coordinate the design and manage these site constraints to deliver a scheme that has been well received with positive support, to date. We hope that, given the detailed works that have gone into this site, that the full application will continue to receive the same level of positive support from the council.
