We have finally had planning granted on the conversion of this beautiful Grade II listed building in Cowbridge for one of our clients, Coker Design and Build.
We were appointed to carry out initial surveys and create a scheme to transform this derelict former restaurant into flats, whilst also designing a space at the high street frontage to maintain the commercial element.
The 4 flats all have private parking spaces at the rear of the site, as well as separate private amenity spaces. We are further appointed to provide detailed construction drawings, and are currently liaising with Heritage Officers, Structural Engineers and M&E Consultants to ensure we are not only designing at a good quality, but also preserving elements of the building that have been here for hundreds of years.
