We’re pleased to share that planning permission has been granted for one of our latest residential projects in Clapham, London.
A returning client approached us to explore the potential of their beautiful single-storey courtyard home, which is arranged around a central external courtyard and features impressive vaulted ceilings.
Our brief was to create additional accommodation within the loft, introducing new bedrooms complete with their own en-suites and Juliette balconies.
Working carefully within Lambeth Council’s planning guidelines, we designed the new dormers to respect the character of the existing property while making the best possible use of the available loft space.
With planning now secured, we’ll be discussing the next steps with our client and hopefully progressing into our Stage 2 – Building Regulations & Construction Drawings.
