We recently undertook a feasibility study for a client in Cardiff.
The brief was to provide a modern open plan kitchen, dining and living space with the inclusion of a downstairs toilet and utility room, to accommodate the increasing needs which this long-term family home will need. Our feasibility study included the creation of several possible layouts which fulfilled the clients brief, and also included an exterior study to explore form and materiality.
