This is a current scheme that we are developing for a client who wishes to improve the accessibility of their current home and connect with the outside. The house is relatively small with topographical constraints which are making access to the rear garden unsafe and nearly impossible.
The proposal introduces a front porch that helps to enlarge the internal living accommodation with potential introduction of a stair lift. At the back a new dormer has been introduced to make the use of the landing space where the client can enjoy and connect with the rear garden safely. Also the current stairs and path have been improved to future proof the building.
