Our brief for this project was to revitalise a dilapidated corner of a main highway in Barry. We are currently in the process of putting a planning application in for 21 flats ranging from Studio Flats to 2 bedroom Flats. We have stepped the building down to match the street scene and are hoping to gain planning permission after a favourable pre-application!
