The existing dwelling felt dated, with confined internal spaces, low head heights and stepped access throughout. Our appointment focused on reimagining the property — improving flow, accessibility and overall spatial quality to give the house a new lease of life.
The client’s brief centred around:
• Creating a grand entrance hallway to draw natural light deep into the home
• Framing expansive views of the surrounding hills and valleys
• Delivering a functional open-plan layout tailored to their day-to-day living
We developed detailed 3D visuals to clearly communicate material choices and demonstrate how the proposal responds sensitively to the surrounding landscape. Leveraging advanced visualisation software allows both the client and the planning team to fully understand the design intent alongside the technical drawings.
