RA Architects have been appointed to transform a large Victorian property on the outskirts of Newport. The proposal involves a sensitive yet bold transformation of the property, blending traditional architectural character with a refined contemporary aesthetic.
Key elements of the design include a large rear extension, a complete roof reconfiguration and the introduction of striking architectural features such as expansive glazed openings, modern glass gables and timber cladding.
We’re currently in discussions with the Local Authority as part of the planning process.
Here are some images of the original house and how the project is progressing—we’re excited to share more soon!
