We were commissioned to re-design an existing industrial unit in Bridgend after the client found that the current layout no longer supported their day-to-day operational needs.
The process began with a detailed measured survey, recording critical ridge heights and existing openings. This allowed us to accurately draw up the existing structure and fully understand the space we had to work within.
Our design transforms the unit into a functional, efficient workspace tailored to the client’s requirements. By incorporating large glazed sections, the scheme maximises the use of natural daylight, drawing secondary light from the existing roof structure and enhancing the overall work environment.
We are excited to progress to the Building Regulation drawings and look forward to seeing this project come to life on site!
