We have recently been appointed to breathe new life into a charming dwelling that’s long been constrained by multiple level changes, low ceilings, and an underused loft space above the garage.
Our proposal introduces a generous open‑plan living area to the rear, designed to reflect the clients’ love of hosting family and friends.
A raised rear patio is also proposed, with a gently sloping side ramp providing seamless, step‑free access to the finished floor level.
On the first floor, the existing lean‑to roof has been replaced with a gable extension, inspired by local precedents. This approach not only enhances the external character but also creates space for a larger master bedroom complete with an en‑suite.
