We recently visited a complete refurbishment of a townhouse on Cathedral Road in Cardiff. We were brought in at the beginning to survey the building for a client who’s idea was to completely refurbish into 7 high end flats.
We supplied all planning drawings to the client for submission, then were instructed to do a building regulation pack.
We also aided during construction for any amendments and have recently helped submit lease plans.
We are absolutely delighted with how they have turned out, well done all involved!
