We recently visited this property to do our final inspection for professional certification.
Whilst there is still some landscaping works left to do, we think the houses and spaces created are fantastic.
The clients built the properties as “self build” so we carried out periodic inspections to assure the mortgage company that the houses were being built to the correct standard.
The houses have some great features like the double height entrance space and the gallery landing. They also benefit from a high end, efficient heating system through heat pumps with solar panels. This combined with the high levels of insulation make the properties low cost to run.
We are looking forward to returning next summer when the landscaping is completed to see how the final properties look when all works are done.
