Our work for What! Stores has varied across several of their sites. This South Wales company is a ‘popular discount retailer, known for selling homeware, furniture, tools, toiletries, confectionary and party supplies.’ At their Cwmbran store we obtained planning permission for an extension to the shop to create a garden centre and Café for patrons. At their Rogerstone store we helped with concept drawings for a ‘container courtyard’ for outdoor dining and drinking during the covid pandemic. We used 3D visuals to communicate our concept designs to the public, clients and planners alike, these helped to give a real sense of the type of development the client was proposing.
