Originally built in 1851 and situated in the highest village in Wales, Trefil on the border of the Brecon Beacons. With hiking and biking trails from their front door onto back road trails. We helped this lovely pub obtain building regulations sign off for their interior re modelling and new larger kitchen. As well as planning permission for external upgrades, seating areas and signage. Our understanding of historic properties really helped when communicating the constraints to the local authority and negotiating design challenges that some companies may have shied away from. This pub really is a hidden gem, and we would highly recommend a visit!
