To create a nursery children’s play zone and area specific for caring for young babies within the existing nursery building near Ewenny in the Vale of Glamorgan. There was a lot of inefficient use of space in the existing nursery, we used our spatial planning design skills to deliver an effective utilization of space whilst being mindful of the building regulations and standards. We are currently obtaining quotes from building contractors to deliver this scheme during 2023. Where we will assist the owner with contract administration and review the quality of the works that the builder undertakes.
