We first heard of this site from our private developers and chased it in to provide 21 New Build units on there. The units were to be of high standard design using all timber frame solution and bronze cladding features with varying colours of subtle render. The layouts are studious and the site proud within its context we were careful to blend it well drawing up 5no apartments to the corner plot to help shape the context. It’s going to site now.
