We have undertaken two projects for this social club, both of which are funded by the lottery development fund. The first project was designs for an indoor tennis and wellbeing centre within the grounds of the social club, we obtained planning permission for this large building and managed the tender process obtaining quotes for the delivery of this scheme. The second project was to renovate and upgrade the historic house which now acts as the main hub for the social club. We designed a new roof to help with rain water management including a new slate roof covering to secure the building for years to come. A new heating system has improved the energy performance of the building, as well as new insulation in the roof and new radiators throughout. It gives us a great sense of pride to help secure the future of this important community asset.
