A 100-year-old bank in the Vale of Glamorgan was transformed into a 1920s-inspired bistro bar. The owners aim is to become a destination over time and to bring footfall to the area and attract new customers. We undertook the planning permission and listed building consent on this project as well as providing technical drawings and specifications to ensure that the owners constructed the new bar in a way that complied with the building regulations. A theme with all of our retail projects is that they are for Local South Wales Businesses who are keen to make a big impact in their local community and support the residents.
