We were tasked with transforming the derelict upper floors of an existing building into three contemporary, modern flats. Our focus was on creating bright, open, and functional living spaces that reflect modern urban living. Each flat features clean lines, high-quality finishes, and a thoughtful layout designed to maximize light and space. The result is a collection of stylish, energy-efficient homes that have redefined a once-neglected part of the building into a vibrant, modern living environment.
