This site was very large at 36 houses with a differing 5-6house types. The design consisted of modern new build housing for the local growing population. Most were sold off plan and the lnd was given up by the local rugby club. Our client on this was Darlow Lloyd Ground Contractors and they have been working with us for the last 6 years – a much valued client who are venturing into house building and multi sites. This site is due to complete by this year end and is more than two thirds the way through.
