The brief was to create a take away coffee shop in a disused corner of Plymouth bus station for ‘Hi Coffee’ who’s experience is ‘tailored to travelling guests and commuting coffee lovers.’ With a ‘selection of grab ‘n’ go food products from breakfast to brownies, alongside our great tasting Premio coffee.’ So our designs had to allow for high volumes of people to move through and get what they needed quickly. We undertook 3D spatial design as well as technical specifications and construction drawings. We used 3D visuals to communicate our concept designs to the public, clients and planners alike, these helped to give a real sense of the type of development the client was proposing.
