A building we surveyed in Merthyr back in June 2016 which was in a derelict state, overrun with pigeons, broken windows and a leaking roof. We obtained planning permission to turn the property into 5 flats and a shop. We undertook Building regulations drawings and specifications then submitted a tender request to builders who costed the project which ended up being delivered as a two phase project with two different building contractors. The project was Total refurb, new roof, windows, render, insulation, sprinklers, kitchens bathrooms, doors, flooring, utilities, etc.
Completed August 2022, 6 years and one month since we set foot in this pigeon infested wreck it is now a transformed property providing much needed housing in the heart of Merthyr.
