Tour client Coker Design commissioned us to complete this site of 7 units lifting off from the already 5 built. It was a tricky complex project owing to the adherence of building regulations back from 2012 when the site was abandoned but through clever work with the PHG Structural and Civils we were able to utilize some existing construction and move on quickly to start building from our detailing etc. This has led to purchasing off plan, two more new builds to side and completion imminently.
