Following the success of their Abergavenny restaurant (which we helped with) and Pontypridd restaurant, we helped local Italian restaurant chain, Casa Bianca to add a third location within Merthyr Tydfil to its collection. Featuring dramatic interiors with olive branch canopies draped from the ceiling. Here we had the complications of dealing with a heritage building and also connecting two former shop units to create one restaurant. We helped with planning, building control and health and safety CDM on this project, working alongside a quantity surveyor who undertook the contract administration to deliver a fantastic scheme.
