To create a forest school and interactive outdoor learning environment within the grounds of a Primary School in Cwmbran. The school has recently been rebuilt in a modern style and part of our task was to link those new classrooms with the wider landscape and outdoor space. We worked closely with the teacher to establish a detailed brief, which included links with the local community farm, outdoor classrooms, camping areas, bug hotels and vegetable gardens amongst other things. The next step for this project is to undertake consultations with the children and their parents.
