This project demonstrated how we can take a relatively standard brief for a two storey extension to add extra bedrooms and enhance it with creative design to improve the clients quality of life. Small features like sliding pocket doors to use space more efficiently and vaulted ceilings to create a feeling of more space and light really lift this property to a high level. We went through several design iterations with the client to ensure they were happy with the proposals before a spade went in the ground, this ensured that when the scheme was built, that the client was happy with the spaces.
