Delivering Sustainable Office Space for Newbridge Estates in Gloucester.
We worked alongside Newbridge Estates on the transformation of a former government facility into over 4,000m² of high-quality office space on the outskirts of Gloucester. The redevelopment focuses on repurposing the existing building through extensive upgrades and reconfiguration, providing much-needed workspace for SME businesses in the region.
The project has been assessed against BREEAM environmental standards and is designed with sustainability at its core. Key features include solar energy systems, heat recovery solutions, and surface water management strategies, all aimed at delivering a low-impact, environmentally conscious development.
We have collaborated closely with a multidisciplinary design team throughout the project and supported the contractor with regular site visits and detailed construction input to ensure successful delivery.
