Working for Newbridge Estates to deliver over 4000m2 of office space on the outskirts of Gloucester through re purposing a formed government facility, upgrading and re planning the building to provide much needed office space for SME businesses. This project is being assessed against the BREAAM environmental standards and aims to be a sustainable office development using solar energy, heat recovery and surface water management strategies to have a low impact on the environment. We are working alongside a multidisciplinary design team to deliver this project and assisting the building contractor with regular site visits and construction detailing. This project is due to be completed in Spring 2023.
