We owned a large detached house in a conservation area which we wanted to separate in to two semis. The first few architects we met were all for the idea but kept putting barriers in our way. I found RA Architects through a Google search I was immediately impressed by Richard’s professionalism and his ideas. He listened to how we wanted to use our extension and came back with a number of options to talk through.
Once we had agreed a design – they drew up the planning application, produced the tender documents and sourced a number of contractors for us to meet and submit a tender.
